  13. A bit like "AtomTime", but on the Amiga...
  14.  
  15. This program will let you log on to any NTP server, and retrieve the current
  16. time in order to syncronise your Amiga's clock with it.
  17.  
  18. FACTS2 supports all TCP/IP stacks which implement bsdsocket.library v4.
  19. (eg. AmiTCP, Miami, TermiteTCP)
  20. It does *not* use the virtual TCP: device.
  21.  
  22. Version 2 is designed to run in the background and adjust your system time
  23. when requested by you or an ARexx script, although it can still run as a CLI
  24. command in an identical way to v1.1
  25.  
  26. You do not need an Internet connection for this program to be useful!
  27. FACTS2 has an "AutoDST" feature, which will automatically adjust your clock
  28. and the TZ env-var to reflect the time shift.
  29.  
  30. In addition, any alterations to TZ will make FACTS adjust your system time
  31. accordingly (can be disabled)

  37.   the start of DST, DST would be enabled at the start of the month, and
  38.   disabled at the end.
